This work asks you to be honest, sometimes about hard things. So it matters that you know, plainly, who can see what you write. Here it is, without the fine print.
Private to you by default. No one else sees an entry unless you choose to share it. When you write, you pick who can read that entry: just you, your team, your facilitator, or your team and your facilitator. If your cohort has a leader, sharing with your team includes them, and the app says so by name. No other member ever sees an entry you kept private — there is no exception.
Your individual results are private to you and your facilitator — no other member sees them. When a cohort takes a group assessment, the shared picture appears only after enough people have answered and only when your facilitator chooses to release it. You will never see a partial result, and the app never shows who has or hasn’t answered.
Stories you share are seen within your own cohort — never across organizations, never by the public. They are witnessed by the people walking the work with you, not scored or ranked.
Your facilitator keeps private notes to guide their own work with you; those stay with them. What you see is the coaching narrative they choose to share with you, and the sessions on your calendar.
If a member of your cohort is named its leader, they can see who has completed what — never anyone’s scores, journals, or coaching.
Your facilitator works across every client, so they can see the whole picture. Members cannot: you only ever see your own cohort. One client organization can never see another’s people or data.
Your journal and assessment writing is kept out of web addresses and error logs, and no third-party trackers run on that content. The intent is simple: what you write for reflection stays for reflection.
